  REV Session — a Healing session to release and remove Density and old Patterns that are keeping us stuck, weighed down, in old cycles, and preventing us from more of our Lightness, Power and forward Movement. (see more farther below)
  (For Golden Goddess clients and alumni — you also have the option to choose a Light Body Attunement for this session. This is like a straight-shot of your Source-Power; a calibration to the Highest level of your Power; a potent touch into the untainted, untarnished, un-blocked version of your Pure, Life-Force Energetics.)
• Session 3: A Creative Pathway Activation session.
  A unique Healing Modality which is only available through these 21-Day Energy Upgrades. The Creative Pathway Clearing session allows you to clear out what needs to be cleared, or prepare what needs to be prepared, so that you can step into, Create and HOLD that next level of your Power, that next level of your Receivership, that next level of your Reality.

About the REV Healing Sessions

These Rise the Energetic Vehicle (REV) Sessions are 30- to 40-minute Energy Healing sessions that have been incredibly powerful in healing places where we're holding and carrying Density in our Energy Fields; in releasing old Patterns that are keeping us in a Denser experience of life, and unable to move forward powerfully; and in transforming what are very natural 'protective' and 'coping' mechanisms — into supportive aspects of your Power.

(These are a brand new Modality I've Received in the past year or two, which I have been trialing with the women on my team and long-time private clients, and they. have. been. mind-blowing. Scroll down to read about the experiences women have had in these sessions so far.)

During these sessions, I bring through a specific healing Frequency which helps us connect you to the Pure, undiluted, untainted, buoyant and Light-Hearted version of your Energy Body — before the conditioning, before the contorting, before the ways we've been Wounded or even the ways we've coped to survive.

And then — together, you and I — we apply this Frequency to some of the Density present, so we can elevate and RISE your Energetic Vehicle as a whole, and give you back more of your own Power to work with.

(I don't do Healing Sessions that are about me "doing healing to you." I believe our most powerful Healing comes in connection with our own Power, and our own ability to Choose it.  ) 

It's important to enter into these REV Sessions understanding that there is no Shame, no need to feel like anything is 'wrong with you,' and no need to even see the Density in your Field as something to be 'fixed'  — we ALL have places we've been conditioned and contorted out of our True, Absolute Light. We ALL have places we've had to take on an Energetic Pattern in order to cope with Wound, Fear, Trauma or just life in general. Every single one of us.

These REV Sessions simply help us transform those Denser places because they're ready to be transformed. They help us transform those Denser places into something that is SO much more supportive of where we are now, who we are now, and where we're ready to evolve, grow and thrive now — so that that evolving, growing and thriving can feel SO much easier... instead of feeling like you're dragging an anchor and chain around with you.

"I’ve been working with Heather for a long time, so I was excited when she invited me to explore the new REV session journey she’d recently downloaded.  Working with Heather is always a profound experience for me.

When I came into the REV Session, I had been struggling with feeling stuck, weighed down and unable to move forward. We had experienced a lot of chaos and grief and struggle over the past few years and while I was feeling clearer than ever before on the direction I was being guided to move in, I felt anchored in place and exhausted from what felt like swimming against the current with a bowling ball chained to my ankle.
I was also dealing with a lot of physical pain resulting from a very old injury, amplified by a genetic condition and all that stress and chaos and grief and trauma that I mentioned before.  In fact, the same morning I had met with my new Pelvic Floor Therapist to assess my situation and discuss potential therapeutic approaches to resolving some of the pain and related symptoms.

After my REV Session with Heather, I was buzzing with energy for most of the rest of that evening and into the next day – so much so that it actually made me anxious. My heart was racing and I couldn’t relax. The next day, I woke up feeling incredible. 

It feels like some major energetic blocks have been lifted and cleared away, opening and re-engaging my energetic channel to my ability to receive and feel the subtle energies around me.
I am so much more in-tune now than I had been before, and now that I’m aware of what is happening, I have been able to process and integrate that sensitivity into my daily life and spiritual practice.  It has been absolutely beautiful.

After 72 hours I had noted not only the increased sensitivity and more open channel, but also a deep, strong desire to move and to express and release in my physical body.  I needed to MOVE - to dance, to work, to play, to have sex – which if I’m being totally honest, I had been struggling with for a very, very long time.  I had no energy for anything and all of a sudden, I had SO MUCH Energy I didn’t know what to do with myself.  It was both uncomfortable and AMAZING.

And then this happened.
On day 5, I went back to see my pelvic floor therapist for my first true therapy session following the internal exam.  During the initial exam I'd had days earlier, they had noted that there was “a very distinct imbalance” between the left and right side of my pelvic floor, which made sense due to the nature of the injury I had been nursing for more than 17 years. And they said that the muscles of my pelvic floor were all extremely firm – that they were in a holding position and that there was a lot of inflammation as a result.  

During my pelvic floor therapy session, however, the doctor looked almost perplexed and asked if I had been doing any of the therapeutic exercises we had discussed at the previous appointment.  When I said I hadn't, they went on to explain that while I was definitely still firm and inflamed, it was less extreme than my previous visit just 4 DAYS BEFORE, and that the inflammation they had been seeing was balanced!

When I explained that the only thing I had done “different” between appointments was the REV Session I had with Heather that Friday afternoon, without hesitation, the doctor said,

“Yep. That will do it. GOOD energetic healing can have a major impact on the physical body. You have a good healer.  Definitely keep seeing her.” 

Right!? I was floored too.  And here we are 15 days following the session and my energy is still up, my channel is still clear, and my ability to feel energetics is still heightened.

I have a long way to go yet (don’t we all?), but I am feeling so much more alive and hopeful and comfortable in my body and in my life.  
I find myself excited to get out of bed in the morning. I bought clothes I like for the first time in at least 15 years – clothes that fit my current body, including shorts & a two-piece swimsuit!
And I’ve actually been WEARING them!  (Without judging myself or worrying if people are noticing “how fat I’ve become.”)

Any one of these things on their own, might be able to be written off as coincidence (maybe), but the energetic movement during and even after my session were so visceral and my physical, mental and emotional state so dramatically lighter, free-er, and healthier since, that I have no doubt whatsoever that the REV Session is responsible for these shifts.

I am absolutely looking forward to the next one.

"There are specific themes that have been with me ALL my life — specific major challenges I feel like run through my life that I'm always meeting and learning how to meet in new ways — and it seems like suddenly I'm moving through them so much quicker.
